To succeed you will be very good at building relationships, listening to clients’ needs and understanding the challenges and problems they face. You will have experience of building creative and innovative solutions – perhaps in training or in other services and solutions – that not only meet those needs but deliver tangible, measurable results and a solid return on investment for our client.
You should have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills and a hunger for learning and development.
