Anne Minter is a professional consultant, trainer and coach. Her primary focus is in helping managers to maximise the contribution of individuals and teams in the context of their business environment. She is familiar with the public and private sectors of business including multi-nationals and has worked extensively in insurance; finance; construction; public sector and ICT.
Anne worked for ten years for Digital and Groupe Bull, where she provided training for senior management. While at Groupe Bull, as European Organisation and Management Development Manager, she developed and implemented training strategy. Previously, at Digital, as European Senior Education Consultant, she had development responsibility for the top 10% of European managers.
Prior to joining the private sector, Anne was Senior Lecturer in Economics at Manchester Metropolitan University and a visiting lecturer at Surrey University. Anne spent four years as an MBA tutor for the Open University Business School second year MBA courses and was involved in OU customised courses which included assignments in Spain and Portugal tutoring for IBM.
All Anne’s courses receive excellent feedback and the accolade that she can take theories and apply them into real life. In addition to delivering leadership and management development workshops Anne also spends time in 1:2:1 coaching at all levels and take an action-based perspective – reflection is fine but coaching needs to result in actions. She has worked in 17 different countries: encompassing continental Europe; USA and South America.
Anne is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has a Post-Graduate Certificate in adult education. She is a member of the Institute of Business Consultants. She is trained in Quantum Reading and MBTI psychometric profiling.
