Hayley began her career as a professional actress. From here, her communication and interpersonal skills quickly led her to a career as a Recruitment Consultant with Blue Arrow. With her customer interfacing experience she worked as Customer and Sales support Manager for over 3 years with Courage Ltd and began her career in training more than 15 years ago. She was headhunted by Tiny Computers to take the role of Group Training Manager during their massive expansion into USA, Hong Kong and China.
During her time at Tiny Hayley was responsible for developing and implementing the training and development strategy for over 2000 members of staff. With her team of 20 trainers they provided a portfolio of over 60 courses world-wide.
A creative optimist, Hayley’s drive comes from a passionate belief that everyone should be encouraged to reach their potential - so benefiting the individual and the organisation through self motivated focused employees.
Her training has been described as ‘inspirational’ with her natural ability to quickly build rapport and develop successful business relationships with a diverse range of delegates and clients.
As a trainer Hayley has to believe 100% in her material, and that the theory can in practice be useful in the day to day reality of the commercial world. A successful manager herself, with over 10 years experience, she uses this experience to turn the theories into tangible examples her delegates can relate to.
She has an interactive relaxed style, able to quickly react to the individual needs of the group.
Some recent projects have included a 12 month modular team leadership development programme for Norbain. Each delegate has seen tangible benefits not just in terms of confidence and knowledge, in some cases promotion, but also in significant improvements to the structure of their departments and way it operates. Hayley has been training managers at Citrix for the past 3 years helping them to hone their presentation skills. She has had 100% success rate in terms of increasing skill and confidence in this area. In addition to this she has recently written and presented a number of training films as part of an ongoing management programme, for SSVC who provide TV, Radio broadcasting and entertainment to the British Forces.
