Brad has worked as an executive coach since the mid nineties, when as Director of Training he helped launch the NHS Clinical Governance Programme in the South East of England.

A love of personal and professional development has helped him to design and deliver more than 50 different types of programmes over the last five years including the introduction of the Performance Analysis System to the world of Professional Football. This Group and One to One Mental Fitness Coaching Programme has been delivered to both Premiership and Championship Footballers and Football Clubs alike, with the exceptional results achieved being reported in national newspapers.

Eighteen years of training facilitation and delivery have seen Brad train more than 5,000 people, offering them the opportunity to learn new skills as well as to brush up on already acquired ones in a safe and open environment. Having worked across the public and private sectors Brad has specialised working experience with ‘Blue Chip’ corporates, NHS Trusts, local authorities, IT organisations along with charities and other sporting organisations.

It is Brad’s training ethos to tailor each session for the individuals attending – that way ensuring that each delegate leaves the workshop with the tools that they need to fulfil their potential.

Delegates say they leave the training room, energised and armed with skills that they know how to use, as well as when to use, and are therefore better equipped to tackle the everyday issues of the workplace. Brad believes that learning can be fun and makes sure that the delegates in his workshops enjoy the learning process at all times.

Some of the clients he has worked with since 2000 are: Ernst & Young, HSBC, Air France, Walt Disney, Johnson & Johnson, AOL, Avis, Lindt, Red Hat, Lexmark, Rentokil, Thames Valley Probation Service, West Yorkshire Probation Service, Hounslow Homes, London Borough of Bexley, Cambridge CC and various NHS Trusts from Board Level to Graduate Trainee. Individual coaching, board level workshops & ongoing consultancy have been delivered to The BBC, BSkyB, Aventis, McLaren, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Deutsche Bank, The Princes Trust, various Premiership & Championship Football Clubs, The FA and The PFA.
