Colette Johnson has been a professional Training Consultant since 1993. Previous experience includes positions as Regional Sales Manager for Royal Mail Parcelforce, Telesales Manager and also Training Manager at Thames Valley Auto Trader.
Colette specialises in all aspects of Sales, Management and Communication Skills training, working with companies in many different market sectors.
Many of Colette’s programmes focus on winning and keeping customers, with the emphasis on learning relevant skills that can easily be transferred from the training room to the workplace. Quantifiable improvements in performance can be evaluated as a result of Colette’s training programmes, meaning that bottom line results can be measured.
Her training programmes are always highly participative and motivational, and include elements of behavioural and attitudinal development in addition to acquiring new skills and knowledge. A high level of individual and group interaction ensures that whilst the training messages are serious, the learning is fun!
Colette takes care to develop her own skills and knowledge on a continuous basis and recently has attended NLP workshops and psychology workshops runs by Paul McKenna.
Professional qualifications include a Certificate in Management from Reading University and Diploma in Training and Development from Thames Valley University. Colette is also a NLP Practitioner.
