Opportunities with Masterclass

From time to time we have openings for experienced trainers and consultants. If you would be interested in working with us, please view our current vacancies.

Jill has been involved in training, recruitment and development since 1985. She has worked with all levels (including the Board and senior executives) in a wide variety of organisations in both the private and public sectors. Prior to becoming a full time trainer, Jill worked for Sema, an Anglo-French IT software solutions company. Before this she was at The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, where she had overall responsibility for all assessment, development and training initiatives, including the recruitment of the authority’s staff, in accordance with equal opportunities guidelines and policy.

Jill’s style is interactive with an eye to pacing a programme in a way that meets the needs of a particular group. All workshops are tailored to suit an organisation’s needs and goals, giving delegates a chance to learn by doing and discussion. She specialises in developing managers and team leaders through interpersonal skills and techniques. Many of her projects have involved working with ‘live’ issues, particularly around the issues of reorganisation and change.

Jill is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has UK and US citizenship. She has an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the LSE and is trained in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tests and tools. Jill has used the Occupational Personality Questionnaire, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Firo-B, SHL Aptitude and Ability tests, Critical Incidents Analysis, and Assessment and Development Centre exercises.
