Jill has been involved in training, recruitment and development since 1985. She has worked with all levels (including the Board and senior executives) in a wide variety of organisations in both the private and public sectors. Prior to becoming a full time trainer, Jill worked for Sema, an Anglo-French IT software solutions company. Before this she was at The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, where she had overall responsibility for all assessment, development and training initiatives, including the recruitment of the authority’s staff, in accordance with equal opportunities guidelines and policy.
