Greg Kemp
Greg has been a key member of the Masterclass team for over ten years advising clients on the full range of people and business development programmes. Before joining the team Greg worked in Portugal as a teacher, location finder and maitre de for a number of Lisbon restaurants and clubs. Simon Clark
When not in the front row at the Royal Opera House, writing reviews on the ballet or travelling to wherever the Bolshoi is performing, Simon is in Datchet helping our customers build and run their training programmes. He brings over ten years of experience and an encyclopaedic knowledge of what’s needed to make things work effectively.
Vicki McAllister
Vicki juggles a busy career with family life, keeps us all under control in the office and is responsible for our ISO accreditation. Having been with Masterclass for over 12 years there isn’t much she doesn’t know about course materials, venues, logistics and organising a first class event. She’s a dab hand at proofing and editing, too and doesn’t miss a thing.
Pearl Tyrrell
Vicki’s partner in crime at Masterclass – Pearl makes sure that materials, questionnaires, certificates and all training items are in the right place at the right time. Hayley Mogridge

Anne Minter
A former MBA tutor, theatre director and University lecturer, Anne brings a unique combination of business, academic and people skills to her training and coaching sessions. Martin’s business experience – leading the design, delivery and roll out of major training programmes and graduate development initiatives and his qualifications as a teacher and coach make him a key member of the Masterclass team.
Peter Clarke
Peter is a sales consultant for Masterclass specialising in working with new clients. Trained as an Engineer by profession, he has been working for longer than he admits in the computer industry. Initially, as a programmer and ending with his own software house. Once given the nick name of Pythagoras for his ability to always see another angle and hence solution to any problem, he has an extremely practical nature. Favourite saying "Shall I give you the Short Answer!"
